Prototyping
VRNDA Labs Inc. provides design, engineering, analysis, and prototyping consulting services for products. We are equipped with rapid prototyping capabilities which include the latest Markforged 3D printer, several advanced design workstations with CATIA V5, and experienced engineering and design professionals.
3D Printing Capabilities
Our lab is equipped with a Mark Two (Gen2) advanced 3D printer from Markforged. Our 3D printer is capable of producing one-off parts, replacement parts, and high-performance end-use parts reinforced with a variety of fibers including carbon fiber and fiberglass. The parts can be built to a maximum of 320 mm x 154 mm x 132 mm in dimensions.
Our R&D Lab
We have an established R&D lab with flow-through and lateral flow capable equipment for developing a variety of rapid test kits. Our team is capable of developing, customizing, and commissioning test kit manufacturing equipment, and procedures for a variety of operational needs.
